419 Radio is back!
As you might have noticed, 419 Radio was down for a while. Our servers threw a tantrum on us so we had to go down for a while and rebuild from down up. A couple of things are changing about us anyway. Below are some things that have changed;
- We won’t be doing videos anymore : We are developing a sister site to run videos strictly. 419 Radio is dedicated to audio content and we are going to maintain that niche and do it properly.
- We will be launching a Podcast : In the next few weeks, we will be launching a podcast for all the iPod users out there. You will be able to subscribe to us through iTunes and receive new Naija songs as they come out on our radio.
- We will run unlimited skipping on our radios : Our radios now allow you to skip as often as you don’t like the song playing. We figured that there’s a possibility you won’t like a number of consequent songs now that we have about 1,500 or more songs on our playlist.
- We will be creating CD images : For people who love our playlists and want to listen to them not only on the net but in their cars and CD players, we will be creating burn-ready CD images with our playlist songs for download.
For now, these are the things on our radar screen. We’d be adding more content here and updating as time goes on. For now, we are still doing a lot of work on the fundamentals. Stay in Sync!
